If they can not easily verify you through your domain email address than they are likely to reject you. The reason why this is is because many people who apply to ad networks claim that some highly ranked website is theirs and then use a different email address to get accepted. By doing this they get falsely accepted and then can put the ads on whatever website they choose. Ad networks don’t want this to happen so try and use your domain email when signing up. Completed About Page
You want to have a completed about page when applying for an ad network. This is important because it gives more credibility to your page that it is your own website. As long as you have your name on the about page somewhere and information about yourself besides a default page then you are more included to get accepted.

Contact Information on the site
It is also important to have your contact information on the site. By having this information on the page it makes it easier for the ad network to confirm your identity and more likely accept your application.
