What you can do is press ctrl+alt+delete at the same time on your keyboard. That should bring up a window where you can select your task manager. In there you can go to the performances tab. See what your CPU usage is at. It should normally be around 0 - 5% unless you are running a lot of things on your computer. If it is constantly high then there is something running in the background. I would suggest you get someone who knows how to fix this look at your computer. Or get a tech to do it. It is difficult to explain the process here how to stop bad processes on your computer. The other option is you can run another virus scan on your computer with some anti-virus software and repair the things it tells you to. I installed Comcast free McAfee virus software and I have Vista operating system on my computer. After a month, my system is now infected with the Antivirus-Best and I could not figure out how to delete it completely from my system. I will follow your remove instructions tonight and update you tomorrow.
